Architecture

Technical description

An external routine converts a payroll statement into a DBF file. Employee detail lookup and data warnings are software steps. Importing the file into the bank is a separate user action.

Data scope

Payroll statement rows and employee payment details. User settings store the export directory, prefix and last document.

Our implementation

Bank file preparation for UTP 1.2. The routine does not call a Privat24 payment API, automatically import the file or execute salary payments.

Requirements for a new project

Check the DBF against the bank requirements for the intended workflow. An authorised user imports the file and approves payments separately.

What we developed

External routine for preparing a bank file

  1. Developed DBF file generation from a payroll statement.
  2. Added employee bank-detail lookup and warnings about problematic data.
  3. Saved the directory, prefix and last document in user settings.

Implementation result

Implementation result

The user receives a prepared file instead of re-entering rows. Bank import and payment execution remain separate user actions.
