- Diagnosing and fixing BAS issues.
- Customising documents, reports and print forms.
- Maintaining integrations with banks, websites and external services.
- Testing changes on a test database before deployment.
- Planning improvements, recording changes and reporting time spent.
A fixed fee. A defined scope.
The package includes up to 5 or 10 working hours per month. Priorities and estimated time are agreed before execution. A monthly fee does not mean unlimited work or round-the-clock availability.
Work beyond the package requires prior approval and costs UAH 1,500/hour. Licences, subscriptions, servers and external services are charged separately.
Support hours, response times, time accounting and any unused-hour rollover are agreed in the contract before support begins.
No need to explain your system again for every request
We keep a history of completed tasks and technical changes, helping account for existing customisations and dependencies when planning further work.
Before support begins
Can I request a one-off task?
Yes. One-off BAS programming costs UAH 1,500/hour. Monthly packages are designed for ongoing support.
What if the included hours are not enough?
We flag the expected overrun and agree any extra work. We do not increase your budget without approval.
Do unused hours roll over?
Rollover or expiry terms are agreed in the contract. Automatic rollover is not promised on this website.
Are large implementations and integrations included?
Complex projects are estimated separately. Agreed tasks may be completed within the package if the hours and scope allow.
