Architecture

Technical description

Operational data moves from AGIS Avtoservis to BAS. Master-data mappings are applied before documents are populated. The implemented direction is AGIS → BAS.

Data scope

Sales, receipts, returns, transfers, stock additions and write-offs, as well as payment and cash documents, invoices and tax documents.

Our implementation

Custom import logic, accounting master-data matching and population of agreed BAS document types. AGIS is the external automotive application.

Requirements for a new project

Agree document types, master-data mappings and sample results. Determine the transport from the interfaces available in the particular installation.

What we developed

Custom document integration

Developed document import and accounting master-data matching.
Implemented population of sales, receipts, returns, transfers, stock additions and write-offs.
Added handling of payment and cash documents, invoices and tax documents.

Implementation result

Operations recorded in the automotive application continue into BAS using agreed data mappings.
