Architecture

Technical description

BAS connects to Google services through separate integrations: Drive for files and folders, Sheets for spreadsheet creation and population, and Gmail for email.

Data scope

Files, folders, spreadsheet documents, cell data and formatting. Specific Gmail message types and attachment operations are not detailed in this case.

Our implementation

Custom Google API operations and spreadsheet-data transfer. Drive, Sheets and Gmail are separate workflows. The available evidence does not establish a specific transfer direction for Drive or Gmail.

Requirements for a new project

Agree service operations and required data. Database backup, bulk mail and synchronisation of an entire mailbox require separate scope.

Integrated Gmail as the email component of the working environment.
