Partners, invoices and order data

Architecture

Technical description

The incoming route transfers business partners, invoices and related order data from 4logist to BAS. The return route sends agreed payment data and statuses through the custom API exchange.

Data scope

Business partners and master data, issued and received invoices, related order information, payments and agreed statuses.

Our implementation

Custom import, export and matching procedures. Each direction has its own data scope; the implementation does not imply two-way synchronisation of every entity.

Requirements for a new project

Agree partner mappings, invoice types, payment links and permitted status changes. Route planning, GPS tracking and fleet management are outside the described scope.

What we developed

Custom two-way integration of agreed data sets

  1. Developed business-partner and master-data import and matching between systems.
  2. Implemented retrieval of issued and received invoices with related order data.
  3. Added payment export and order-status handling.

Implementation result

Implementation result

Invoices and payments are processed in the context of logistics data, with agreed mappings between systems.
